Our clarify lighten brighten shampoo bars are formulated with sustainability and wellness at the top of the priority list. Originally, we set out to make a shampoo bar more economical, but quickly discovered that in order to satisfy our priorities mentioned, our product was not going to be the cheapest on the market. However, most find that our shampoos moisturize enough that they no longer require conditioner! Somehow, we still managed to be more affordable.  Another benefit to using our shampoo is there is little to no need for additional styling products. The Clarify Lighten Brighten bar is designed to restore your mane by ridding it of unwanted pollutants caused by the Sun, salt water, chlorine, pollution, and well water all of which wear down your hair, causing excess sebum production. • SCS (coconut derivative)
• rose hydrosol
• Stearic acid
• Avocado oil
• Arrowroot starch
• Emulsifying wax (Ritamulse SCG)
• Cetyl Alcohol
• Ghassoul Clay
• Essential oils (herbaceous floral blend)

*SCS (sodium coco-sulfate) is a powerful cleansing agent that provides a lovely thick lather, so it’s the perfect choice when your scalp and locks are longing for a deep clean. *Rose hydrosol will soothe your scalp and regulate excess sebum.

*Stearic Acid is a natural plant sourced long chain fatty acid allowing to improve texture and consistency of a product. It locks in moisture while acting as a surfactant, emulsifier and cleansing agent. Stearic acid will leave a thin protective film on hair fibres, revitalizing your locks without weighing them down.

*Avocado oil moisturizes, repairs, strengthens, and detangles hair. It has properties that will help your hair regain vitality and thickness.

*Arrowroot starch minimizes greasiness by absorbing excess oil, maintains ph balance in the body.

*Ritamulse SCG is a plant-derived ECO-CERT complete emulsifying wax for creating oil-in-water emulsions. *Cetyl alcohol is a choice emollient in natural cosmetics. Highly nourishing, it provides reparative care, leaving your hair softer, more flexible, and easier to style.

*Ghassoul Clay aka Rhassoul clay is a Moroccan clay rich in magnesium which adds softness, shine and strength to the hair, and some research indicates it has healing properties.  It contains silica which works as an exfoliant and detoxifier which cleanses impurities from the scalp as well as excess oil, leading to a glossy sheen.

*Essential oil blend herbaceous floral blend to pair well with the Rose hydrosol and are good for all hair types

Directions:

Wet hair thoroughly. With bar in lather bag, wet the bar and bag completely and rub lather bag in between hands until desired lather is reached. Apply lather to hair and continue to massage pressing bar into scalp in circular motions and rubbing long hair back and forth between hands and bar. Once desired lather is reached, set bag with shampoo down and continue massaging hair until satisfied. Rinse hair thoroughly and allow shampoo to dry inside bag between uses. (Hang dry is ideal.) Should last several months depending on use and storage.
